Responsibilities: Hire, train, and manage a team of employees, including shift leaders and crew members Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding food safety and sanitation Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales and expenses, and make adjustments as necessary to meet or exceed targets Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and employees Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: At least 3-5 years of experience in a management role in the restaurant or food service industry Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team Strong organizational and communication skills Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
